Regional Training Officer (North) - £30-35000 + car & benefits
Our client is well regarded and successful business with a national presence. They are currently recruiting for a Regional Training Officer who will be working across the Norther Region delivering training to both their front line operational staff and management teams.

Responsibilities to include

* Delivery of a wide ranging portfolio of skills training courses to the business. The course portfolio will include but will not be limited to

* Induction
* Train the Trainer
* Management Development

* Ensuring a commercially relevant solution through to ongoing enhancement and development of the coursework. Utilising the e-learning available within the business to supplement the face the face delivery.
* Maintaining training records to ensure compliance with any statutory training requirements.
* Working closely with the HR representatives for your region as well as the wider training team to ensure the training is fit for the business and commercially relevant.

Our client is looking for a self-motivated and organised individual with existing training delivery skills and the ability to influence staff at all levels. You must have experience gained in a fast paced, commercial organisation, and experience of working regionally.

This role involves a high volume of travel across the region (Midlands and North - including Scotland and North) however for various reasons we are looking for individuals who are based around the North Midlands (Walsall, Wolverhampton, Stoke).

Salary - £30-35000 + Car, Bonus and Benefits
