Together Trust are recruiting for an Organisational Development Business Partner. The post holder will support organisational wide OD plans as well as designing and delivering very local interventions at team level. There is a real need for excellent engagement skills as well as credibility and experience in OD work.

The Together Trust employs a team of clinical and educational psychologists operating at the levels of the individual, the group and the organisation. They are vital to the trust-wide implementation of Positive Behavioural Support - a systems approach to improving the quality of service users’ lives - and we anticipate that there will be exciting opportunities for you to liaise with them.

You will work within the OD team to improve organisational performance through developing the workforce and organisational culture using a range of techniques including leadership development, talent management, coaching and mentoring, staff engagement, change management and behavioural change.

About You

An established OD professional and natural strategic thinker, you will be educated to degree or equivalent and have a portfolio of accredited professional and OD qualifications. You will also have a proven track record of designing and delivering learning and development programmes. You will have a flexible approach, have excellent presentation and project management skills and know how to effectively persuade, negotiate with, and influence others.

The pay grade displayed for this post is determined in line with the NJC job evaluation scheme. Please note that regardless of experience or qualifications, all new Together Trust staff will start on the first pay-point of the relevant pay grade. Within each pay grade there are six points. Staff will progress from point to point on an annual basis providing that they meet the criteria set in the Together Trust pay policy.
