Currently recruiting a EMEA HR Operations Project Specialist to join a global company for 12 months on a fixed term basis. The successful candidate will fully understand HR processes and the cyclical elements of this, i.e. salary reviews, bonus, performance management, etc.

The role of EMEA HR Operations Project Specialist will be to work as part of the EMEA HR Operations Team working collaboratively with stakeholders across HR, Group Functions and Operations to manage and deliver HR projects in support of the EMEA HR Priorities and Business Objectives. Each project may be complex both in terms of geography (EMEA wide) and topic requiring working with multiple stakeholders across multiple countries and business areas/functions. You will need to ensure the successful delivery of projects ensuring seamless operational implementation against clearly articulated benefits, on time and with risks fully managed.

Duties include;

* Provides full end-to-end project management of HR led programs and projects, managing several projects at the same time, ensuring any synergies between projects are maximized.
* Ensures robust scoping is completed. This may include- legal/technical research; benchmarking; analysis of external options in market; establishing terms of reference including resource, time and budget; identifying and gaining buy-in from relevant stakeholders.
* Delivers comprehensive project plans including robust & regular reporting.
* Part of a virtual / indirect team of stakeholders, customers, suppliers and others to achieve the programme objectives and ensures that gaps or issues are resolved to mitigate risks.
* Influencing and changing the way we work, creating an ethos of simplification.
* Build and maintain successful partnerships with the EMEA HR team, HR stakeholders and key business sponsors across EMEA operations network.
* Maintain key relationships with the HR partners to ensure non duplication of projects and to drive global engagement on key initiatives.
* Manage the delivery of key People Team cyclical activity on a day to day basis, focused on providing a value added 'central' service to the business, ensuring successful delivery and completion against agreed objectives, service standards and timescales.
* Maintain the process library, documentation and knowledge management for all cyclical activity to ensure the integrity and on-going delivery of these activities.
* Respond to in-depth / specialist customer queries and data issues relating directly to cyclical activity and follow them through to a successful resolution.
* Ensure systems and processes are efficient and effective in relation to cyclical activity and regularly reviewed and tested for continuous improvement.



The successful candidate for this role will be a Graduate CIPD, working towards a CIPD or CIPD qualified. You will have experience of successfully managing multiple/complex projects through the project life-cycle, will have a broad understanding of the HR employee lifecycle and a good understanding of employment law, its application and best practice. Experience of coaching employees and managers on employee lifecycle processes is a necessity as is experience of delivering to customer service targets within a complex environment, the ability to multi-task and alter direction easily to accommodate changing priorities and having sound judgement to manage conflicting priorities and manage client expectations. You will also be able to fully utilise standard Microsoft Office products and the application of Success Factors/ SAP and workflow/case management.
