Currently working with a client in Reading who are searching for a true Employee Relations specialists to join them for a 3 to 6 months contract with a possibility of perm. There are several roles which will pay between £300 and £450 per day and will be suitable for candidates who have a exceptional UK Employment Law knowledge as well as extensive experience right through to tribunals.

This company is building a team so candidates from Advisor to Manager will be considered.

The roles will be to provide appropriate risk tolerance employment law advice and guidance to the organisations management teams on individual and collective employee relations issues to enable strong performance management. The role will involve working closely with the HR Advisors and HR Business Partners to ensure that all ER is managed with best practice in mind.

This is an interesting role that will offer the right candidate the chance to make a difference in a company going through large scale transition. The successful candidates will have demonstrable employment law experience involving the full range of employee relations issues, particularly performance management, disciplinary and grievance and discrimination.
