Fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Project Manager who has a proven track record working in a complex, fast paced environment to join a great business in Berkshire who are currently undergoing a period of rapid and exciting change - paying up to £60,000 + excellent package. The role of HR Project Manager will be responsible for building and managing the priorities around the people plan and measurement framework by drawing input from HR and the wider business.

Duties will include;

* Managing HR governance including budget, risk & opportunity registers
* Managing and reporting progress against HR strategy and plan

* Liaise with all project / deliverable owners
* Project status reporting, preparation for HR Leadership team / steering committee meetings
* Oversee production of people dashboard and performance scorecards
* Governance of outcomes, measures and benefits realisation

* Managing operating model governance

* Assessing size of change, impact on the design principles / intent of the model, impact on other functions / handshakes, impact on budget
* Governance of agreed HR processes and handshakes, liaising with SME owners and embedding new ways of working

* Managing Business Continuity Planning people plan
* Establishing and embedding best practice in relation to project, change and stakeholder management across the function
* Maintaining content of policies, processes and systems that sit within the area of project management and functional governance. Provide support to HR Direct as needed to resolve employee queries.
* The successful candidate should be credible and engaging with excellent stakeholder management skills. You will be APMp or Prince 2 qualified with significant experience managing HR projects and governance and the ability to guide colleague on project management and change management.
