Interim HR Business Partner
HRLife are working with a growing, people focused business to recruit an Interim HR Business partner for an initial 6-month contract.
Supporting the head office functions, primarily the sales and marketing teams this would suit an energetic, generalist HR Professional who can think commercially and provide proactive, creative solutions to the business. Whilst you will need a broad generalist background, the focus on this role will include talent management, coaching and development and engagement.
Working as a key partner to the business, you will be responsible for developing strategic business partnerships with managers to provide advice and guidance as required to maintain a culture of high performance, accountability and pride.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Overseeing the annual engagement survey; working with leaders and engagement champions to ensure completion, feedback and implement actions
- Providing guidance and coaching to managers to ensure Talent Management, Succession planning and performance reviews are carried out to increase engagement and allow for development opportunities
- Working closely with managers to ensure a smooth annual salary review process
Great opportunity for a high energy, proactive HRBP. Must be available to start in August or first week of September at the latest.
