Our client is a highly successful leading insurance company and the need has arisen to hire a senior L&D professional. This is a vital role focusing on design, management and implementation of leadership and learning initiatives.

With a dual reporting line, the main focus of this role is to provide end-to-end L&D solutions across the businesses from junior talent through to executive professionals. The job holder will build a solid understanding of the development needs through in-depth analysis by extensive business partnering on all L&D related aspects. In addition, the incumbent will be involved in a diverse range of L&D activities including the facilitation of soft skills programmes, vendor management, HiPo talent management as well as identification of strategic issues.

To qualify, you will be a passionate HR professional, with an outstanding track record of creating and delivering leadership and learning programmes. You must be willing to work as an individual contributor, and also be able to engage with a wide range of stakeholders. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential.
