Compensation & Benefits Specialist

As Compensation & Benefits Specialist you will help drive a high-performance culture and support engagement by developing and implementing industry leading compensation and benefit policies and initiatives. As a key business partner, this role will help drive business results through strong alignment of job design and structures with performance and reward.
Key areas of focus will be:
- Organisation job architecture and design aligned to the Business Strategy
- Compensation and benefits architecture
- Short and long-term performance related reward
- Salary and benefits benchmarking
- Regulatory compliance and gender pay gap action
This is a specialist role and as such applications are invited from individuals who can clearly demonstrate previous experience in a similar role. Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills are a must as is the ability to work at pace and learn fast.
