Our client is a charitable housing association rooted in the local community providing landlord and housing support services to over 3000 households across West Yorkshire. They are recruiting to an exciting new role within their senior management structure which will shape and lead an ambitious and innovative programme to create a positive people, performance and learning culture amongst a team of 180 staff. 
You will lead on all internal communications and organisational development, as part of the multi-disciplinary Business Transformation programme
As the head of the HR/OD team, you will have the freedom to adopt innovative and effective approaches to the development and management of people and talent, thus contributing to a continuing success in an ever changing world.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the appointed person will have significant experience of creating and driving the implementation of strategic and tactical HR plans.  You will be educated to degree level and/or possess an appropriate CIPD professional qualification.  As importantly you will have a demonstrable record in providing an efficient business orientated HR service that meets the responsibilities as an employer and helps people become the best that they can be.
