Fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner who has a proven track record working in a complex, fast paced environment to join a great business in Berkshire who are currently undergoing a period of rapid and exciting change - paying up to £59,000 + package.

The role of HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing and delivering the people strategy for the business, ensuring the consistent use and effective management of HR activities aligned to the culture and values.

Duties will include;

* Provide strategic business partnering support, inputting to the overall business strategy
* Give challenge and support in making people related decisions
* Leading key projects within your business area eg: organisationl design and restructuring, building capability and changing working patterns
* Develop, support and deliver employee engagement and change management programs
* Support operational teams to embed the culture
* Give guidance and coaching to management teams to empower all managers to make effective people decisions
* Support recruitment, capability development, retention and succession across your client group

The successful candidate should have the credibility and impact to act as a true business partner to senior leadership teams. You will ideally be CIPD qualified with excellent leadership and influencing skills. Significant experience in a HR Business Partner role, ideally within an engineering environment or similar is preffered as is a strong ability to develop HR strategies, deliver change, ability to lead and drive forward projects and experience with driving forward a performance management agenda. Travel will be required to other sites.
