We are supporting a large, well established, business to resource an interim Senior Lead HR professional
to help support a group wide change project encompassing multiple projects. This senior HR/project role is offered on a fixed term interim basis for 12 months.

Alongside colleagues, this role will be responsible for leading the people element on a number of key business change projects to ultimately transform & enhance the way that the business operates to underpin growth, performance & customer service.

Operating in a lead project management capacity, your role will focus on ensuring that the HR projects are in line with agreed timelines, reporting structures & framework and deliver their objectives. Key to your success will be your ability to communicate clearly, influence effectively & work collaboratively with stakeholders working on multi projects; keeping the projects on track & to deadline. Consultative in approach, you will be a skilled influencer with a key eye on MI/data and a robust understanding on how to deliver effective HR projects.

You will be a highly commercial senior HR generalist with a clear passion & track record of delivering enhanced business performance through HR change projects within fast paced businesses. Your expertise will span across workforce planning, resourcing, OD, development programmes & employee engagement. Previous experience is likely to have been within large, multisite unionised environments.
