HR Business Partner – FTC | Portsmouth
Are you an operationally hands-on HR Business Partner that enjoys being involved with the business and integral to the smooth running of both the HR function and the business? If so, this role could be your ideal next move. We are seeking someone who is immediately available (or available at short notice) who has extensive HR experience within a unionised environment. Working alongside the business unit leaders, this role will partner them to achieve the organisational objectives, whilst consulting and negotiating with unions to ensure their inclusion. The successful candidate will be very comfortable in their ER and Employment Law knowledge, have handled complex case management and achieved significant changes to operational practices whilst keeping the unions on side. Working alongside a broader HR team, this role will work both collaboratively and independently and therefore gravitas and credibility with senior stakeholders is a must.
