Consult HR are delighted to be supporting a successful, highly acquisitive, fast paced media company with the recruitment of their HR Operations Manager.

The role will manage the HR operations and administration area for the business and will offer a superb service to the organisation - a current population of 1000, a number which is expected to double in years to come.

The position will be based at incredible offices in central London and will join an extremely dynamic organisation where no two days will be the same and where you and your team will play a critical role in supporting the continued expansion and growth of the business.

Duties will include:
* Managing the HR operations and administration area in an environment of constant change and growth - supporting restructure and acquisition
* Managing the salary and bonus review process
* Ensuring the accurate and efficient delivery of HR services throughout the employee lifecycle
* Maintaining policies and procedures
* Ensuring payroll is managed accurately and efficiently
* Managing the benefit renewal process
* Managing the pensions administration and governance
* Manage and regularly assess current benefit providers and research potential new benefits
* Regularly reporting on HR KPIs including GDPR
* Managing a small HR Operations team
* Salary benchmarking

The business have a relatively lean team and therefore the HR Operations Manager must be extremely hands on and have a keen eye for detail - happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in. The role would suit an HR Operations Manager who loves working in a fast paced environment where despite the pace and demands of the organisation they can keep a calm head and ensure that their service delivery remains at a high standard. The position requires excellent systems skills and a strong knowledge of HR Operations and Administration, Payroll and Benefits. You will lead by example working to extremely high standards, running your area in a highly organised and efficient manner.
