Can you deliver an exceptional talent acquisition service?

Due to our client's expanding business, they now require a professional and confident individual to join their busy HR team in the newly created role of Recruitment Partner. You would be a key member of the HR team working hard to attract new talent and to deliver an outstanding and personal candidate experience.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of vacancies across multiple locations and work hard to reduce time to hire whilst ensuring a high quality of candidates. You will liaise with hiring manager, providing advice and expertise and gain a good understanding of their key requirements. Confident and approachable, you will work closely with external stakeholders, including recruitment agencies to ensure that we fill roles and minimise costs. You will act as a super user for the Applicant Tracking System (networx), ensuring that we are fully optimising the system capabilities. You’ll be accustomed to adopting social media platforms, such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor, to enhance their recruitment and implement improvements to ensure they are used effectively. As their recruitment specialist, you will also be expected to manage and coordinate the annual internship programme, as well as work experience and apprenticeship placements.

With good experience in a recruitment-focused role, you will ideally have a successful background of working within an HR team. Customer-focused, you will be passionate about delivering an excellent candidate experience and will be accustomed to managing candidate communications both verbally and online. IT savvy, you will have experience if using an ATS and will pick up new technologies easily.We’re looking for a creative individual, who can identify and implement strategies that will have a positive impact on their recruitment decisions.
