Your new company
A leading construction and facilities company based within the City of London but operating regionally are looking for an L&D Advisor to join them on a permanent basis. You will be working within a newly created L&D position, working closely with the HR team and key stakeholders to streamline and improve the learning plan for the business.

Your new role
You will be responsible for leading the employee development initiatives through hosting creative training events and training plans, you will partner with internal stakeholders and external 3rd parties regarding training design and implementation. Working with the senior team, you will design and develop a training programme, keep track and manager the training database and calendar, coordinate the induction for all new employees and handle logistics to ensure the modules are efficient and effective. Some travel will be required in this role.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience within an L&D / Training role previously, ideally within a construction / facilities or other service industry. You will be skilled in the delivery of training to employees at a variety of different levels and with different skill sets, you will also have exposure and ideally experience of designing modules for inductions and other transferable subject matters that you can bring to this companies new curriculum of training. You will need be able to demonstrate a true passion for learning and developing people at all levels.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a generous salary of up to £30,000 - £35,000 depending upon experience, a great working culture within their London office and exceptional career development.
