Supporting a Senior HR Business Partner, you will lead the design and implemention of our Business and People Strategies. You will be the trusted voice that puts organisational structures in place, suggests resourcing initiatives, and refines our organisational culture, values and environment to improve our performance and flexibility
Senior figures will also call on your guidance on all manner of people issues, from employee relations and change programmes to the merits of different HR solutions.
An established expert
Either MICIPD or Level 5-qualified; you will have operational and strategic HR experience in a fast-moving, constantly-changing environment.
You will be an excellent communicator, confident when partnering business leaders your confident dealings with high-profile personalities will combine with your ability to pinpoint key insights from HR metrics and complex data to help you thrive in the role. A role that, in turn, affects the entire nation. You will demonstrate experience of analysing HR metrics and interpreting and reporting complex data to improve performance, making your mark on the Department and, in turn, the nation.
