Senior HR Business Partner
A global non-profit organisation is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner strategically drive employee performance. This is a permanent full-time position based in either London or Manchester.
You will work with a broad range of managers and stakeholders and develop the people planning frameworks to meet the organisations objectives.
You will strategically plan and deliver the HR delivery of the UK People Strategy.
You will provide consultancy expertise and guidance to all business teams, ensuring compliance and consistent, effective activity throughout the organisation.
You will provide leadership in driving organisation change and manage areas of dispute and help to settle complex cases.
You will continuously assess operational activity within the organisation and seeks ways to improve current policies and implement changes.
Chartered membership of CIPD or equivalent experience or qualification
Proven track record of successful senior business partnering in another large scale, complex or matrix organisation
Experience of planning and delivering organisation design and people change, managing complex or sensitive employee relations issues
