Salary:            £32-35k gross per annum

Hours:            Full Time

Location:        MSSC HQ London, SE1 7JW.

Our role: We are looking for a brilliant Senior HR Advisor who will be the backbone of our small HR department. This is a generalist role where you will take the lead on a number of HR initiatives and projects and manage a variety of HR generalist activity.  We have approximately

200 employees and a small HR team of 3.  This provides you with a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of key elements, whilst working within a team environment and influence and drive change and have an impact.  Aside from projects, you will take the lead role on the more complex employee issues including ER cases, whether it be disciplinary, grievance, restructures, absence management etc.

What we’re looking for?  If you’re an organised, efficient, pro-active HR professional this could be the role for you.  We’re looking for someone who has:

- a strong understanding of current employment law and best practice.

- broad ER experience and working with managers at all levels.

- experience of managing HR projects and launching new initiatives

- experience of conducting payroll and managing benefits 

- experience of high volume workloads and working to tight deadlines

- a can do attitude and willingness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in 

- a professional, calm approach who can role model our values

- a passion for providing a slick HR service.
