Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this International Business with its UK Head Office based in Swindon to recruit an experienced Reward Specialist for c. 8 months starting in September to cover for maternity.

The purpose of the role is to lead operational reward processes (e.g. salary review, bonus plans, recognition awards), manage benefits renewals globally and maintain a global benefits database of employee benefits, undertake comparative analysis of compensation and / or benefits data against market as well as manage salary survey participation and other compensation and benefit surveys.

Principal Accountabilities:

* Provide a job pricing service for new positions to Recruiters and Regional HR Managers
* Provide modelling and accurate data to facilitate budget decisions
* Production, co-ordination and delivery of global compensation & benefits information to provide clear and accurate management reporting information and employee communication
* Manage the modelling, approval and payments of all bonus plans
* Manage the running of the annual cash recognition award program, and analyse program spend throughout the year
* Manage the Long Term Incentive processes and principles for determining participation in LTI
* Support Global Reward Director and Finance Team with data required for the Directors remuneration report / annual report, reporting requirements and the audit of the report
* Model scenarios and provide modelling and accurate measurement data on grants and performance measures of Executive and Leadership share award plans (e.g. Executive Incentive Plan and Long Term Incentive Plan)
* Model scenarios and provide modelling and accurate data on Executive compensation and benefits to assist Global Reward Director, SVP HR & CEO with decisions
* Regularly review and research external compensation and benefit practices to ensure the Business remains competitive globally, and put forward recommendations for change where necessary
* Deliver monthly management information reporting requirements and ad-hoc reporting requests Prepare and update presentations and intranet site content on reward topics
* Manage and maintain an up-to-date database holding the global benefit offerings, and manage the annual renewal of global benefits

Carry out Reward related projects as requested by the Global Reward Director, HR Business Partners or SVP HR

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

* Degree level education in a HR, Business or related subject
* Reward qualification (CIPD or World at Work GRP) or studying towards
* Minimum 8 years' experience in Compensation and Benefits / Reward
* Keen interest in current Reward practices, good understanding and experience of market pricing and extensive experience with an international employee base
* HR system and reporting experience (e.g. Success Factors, SAP etc.)
* Advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) and good PowerPoint and Word skills
* High level of numeracy and strong analytical skills
* Ability to create standard and complex ad-hoc reports
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Ability to present to all levels in the company and represent the company externally
