Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this superb Organisation based near Amesbury in Wiltshire (near Salisbury) to recruit an exceptional Leadership Development Partner on a permanent basis.

As Leadership Development Partner, you will play a pivotal role in helping the organisation achieve its ambitious plans to become a most trusted brand in its market the UK.

The role presents an opportunity to implement strong leadership development practices whilst ensuring the Leaders are set up for success at a crucial time as they commence next phase in their journey. You will work with Senior Leaders, Head of HR and subject matter experts to implement leadership development which will deliver the desired organisational structure and performance. You will be consulting directly with Senior Leaders to identify leadership development needs, and design and gain business support for a leadership development and succession plan which is endorsed by the Head of HR and the Managing Director which address the organisational strategic needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work with the leadership population to embed a high-performance culture, identifying and developing high potential colleagues ensuring a talent pipeline to meet business capability requirements.
* Develop and implement succession and talent identification frameworks. In conjunction with relevant Leaders and HR Business Partners ensure regular reviews with action plans implemented.
* Devise and implement specific, innovative development experiences to achieve objectives e.g. mentoring, sponsorship programmes, learning experiences etc.
* Ensure that there is a strong uptake and utilisation across the business e.g. job rotations, stretch assignments, 360 development feedback reviews, use of a coach or mentor and appropriate internal or external management and leadership training.
* With support from Head of HR and relevant specialists, ensure that personal development action plans are agreed and are put in operation for all those leaders and team managers who have the potential to progress.
* Deliver high quality leadership interventions through multiple learning and development solutions using creative and innovative delivery methods and techniques.
* Coach leaders across the organisation to be role models for the people, identifying opportunities for them to role model positive behaviours, suggesting action, identifying development opportunities and driving the behaviours through the business.
* Conduct regular and ongoing external benchmarking to understand best practice.
* In conjunction with Head of HR select and manage external providers to support the development of Leadership programmes / interventions.
* Oversee the colleague development agenda through the line management of the Colleague Development Partner.
* Be an ambassador for the function and represent HR internally and externally.

Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

* Strong experience and expertise in shaping leadership development plans to reflect business needs and deliver value for money interventions.
* Personally developing and delivering best practice leadership development solutions.
* Ability to develop blended learning solutions across various departments in different locations.
* Is ready and able to take the initiative, originate action and be responsible for the consequences of the decisions made.
* Proven coaching and mentoring experience.
* Demonstrable ability to understand colleague and business development, implementing appropriate interventions.
* Demonstrable ability to evaluate the impact of learning programmes on individual capability and business performance.
