Artis HR are currently supporting an exciting business in North Somerset / South Bristol with the recruitment of a Management / Leadership Development Consultant on a part time basis, the is a permanent role that offers full flexibility on days, hours and could even consider term time only hours. My client is thinking around 22.5 hours per week. The full-time salary equivalent on offer is £38,000 pa.

Job Purpose
Ensure all line managers benefit from a suite of management development solutions to ensure they achieve their maximum potential and business objectives are met. This will incorporate all training, ILearn assets, supporting procedures and management toolkit.
Ensure our solutions are innovative, kept up to date and in line with the latest best practice models, and are tailored to the needs of our business.

*Coordinate and deliver leadership and management development training for potential and existing managers
*Deliver our complete suite of management development solutions including Aspiring Leaders and Deputy Team Leader programme
*Ensure all management development materials are kept up to date, on brand and encompass industry best practice frameworks and models
*Support our managers in promoting and implementing the coaching framework to all team members to ensure engagement
*Regularly conduct management capability gap analysis to ensure measurable training requirements are identified and appropriate solutions designed
*Make recommendations to address new forward-thinking leadership courses and solutions that will ultimately result in improved management capability
*Build and continuously update an on-line management toolkit for both new and existing managers
*Continuously evaluate the quality our leadership and management development solutions and make recommendations to ensure effectiveness
*Work collaboratively with the rest of the People Team to ensure additional training needs are met and support where necessary
*Ensure all training courses are scheduled, rooms are booked, additional resources are organised, delegates receive joining instructions for all courses and managers are aware when their staff are scheduled to attend training
*Make suggestions to the Head of People for improvements and new innovative solutions to ensure the business continue to provide award winning, state of the art development solutions

Knowledge and experience
*Excellent Microsoft Office skills
*Ability to carry out organisation, department and individual learning needs analysis
*Experienced in designing leadership and management development programmes within an accredited framework
*Confident in delivering training courses to a range of audiences (including line managers)
*Follow proven methodology to carry out evaluation and review of training
*Ability to plan and organise business demands and own workload, prioritising as appropriate
*Excellent presentation skills
*Extensive experience of working with challenging, senior staff and leaders
*Qualified to degree level or (equivalent) and have spent a number of years in a management role
*A thorough knowledge of contemporary issues around people and organisational development in a commercial business setting
*Ideally familiar with blended learning solutions, proposal writing and commercial negotiation
*An experienced or qualified coach
