Global HR Shared Service Centre Manager
Have you experience managing multiple service/contact centres, preferably across multiple countries or global service/contact centre with local centres for language requirements?
If this is you, we could have the perfect global opportunity for you.
This senior manager level position within a major global market leader requires candidates who thrive on international involvement and travel (20% global travel). The ability to demonstrate in depth expertise in global shared service centres with high touch, high volume and high process involvement is essential. This could be HR focused or finance, IT etc.
Experience of change and transformation is also necessary.
