Interim L&D Consultant - Birmingham, 6 months
Joining a small and busy central HR Team as an L&D Consultant you will be responsible for delivering behavioural and management development training courses and programmes to staff. You will need to be an L&D professional with skills across the whole of the learning cycle with particular strengths in a Training Room, engaging with and training busy managers.

Responsibilities will include:
Delivery of behavioural and HR training courses to operational managers (on topics like 'Dealing with Stress in the Workplace' 'Communication Skills' as well as Corporate Inductions and Management Development Programmes).
Identifying training needs across the business, designing and delivering appropriate learning interventions.
Supporting HR leaders by ensuring that individual and team L&D initiatives are aligned to People Strategy.

We are looking for candidates who are experienced and confident deliverers of training and who have experience of building effective business partnerships quickly within a well-established and sometimes traditional business.

In addition you must be able to show
Relevant CIPD or L&D qualifications.
A sound understanding of L&D methodologies and theory. We are looking for an all-round Trainer with experience across the whole of the Learning Cycle.
Knowledge of Myers Briggs or other Personality Profiling tools (SDI)

Hourly Rate - £16.95 ph Limited Company
