Global Senior Human Resources Business Partner
- You will work with a broad range of managers and stakeholders and develop the people planning frameworks to meet the organisations objectives.
- You will strategically plan and deliver the HR delivery of the UK People Strategy.
- You will provide consultancy expertise and guidance to all business teams, ensuring compliance and consistent, effective activity throughout the organisation.
- You will provide leadership in driving organisation change and manage areas of dispute and help to settle complex cases.
- You will continuously assess operational activity within the organisation and seeks ways to improve current policies and implement changes.
- International experience is essential- please do not apply if you do not have international experience
- Chartered membership of CIPD or equivalent experience or qualification
- Proven track record of successful senior business partnering in another large scale, complex or matrix organisation
- Experience of planning and delivering organisation design and people change, managing complex or sensitive employee relations issues
