HR Advisor – Learning & Organisational Development

We are a dynamic multi-channel retailer offering lingerie, swimwear and clothing to fit and flatter women who are a D-L cup. Over the last 22 years, we have experienced some substantial growth; we now have 29 UK shops and a well-developed e-commerce operation. Our People and Culture Team are central to ensuring that our people give our customers a great experience whilst having the best experience working with us too. Our people strategy is focused heavily on creating and driving solutions which engage, grow and inspire teams across the business with the aim to ensure we grow our business and culture whilst continuing to inspire big boobed women to feel amazing.
Due to maternity leave, we have a rare opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our People and Culture Team on an interim basis, based at our Head Office in Leamington Spa.
About the role
Our Learning and Organisational Development team has lots of exciting plans for the year ahead to support our business growth plans, our customers and our workplace experience. This ranges from new learning and development initiatives, onboarding practices, performance development solutions and a total review of our employee communications and guidelines to create the right workplace experience for our brand.
As our interim HR Advisor you will work with both our learning and development manager and our organisational development manager to ensure that everything we land this year is in line with our culture and strategy and understood by our teams. It will be a broad role with lots of variation. The one common point however will be the desire to develop unique communications and materials to support and engage our people. Alongside this, you will also be providing HR advice and guidance as and when needed to support our business partnering advisors. You will be part of a small team of 3 which is part of a wider People and Culture team of 13.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a proven ability to think creatively, from scratch and outside of the box. This is not a role for someone who wants to take things off a shelf, we bespoke everything we do to fit our tone of voice and our culture and so written skills will be essential, we do not just replicate what other organisations do.

Having a healthy curiosity to understand why things exist as they do will be essential to your delivery.
You will be able to work on a wide range and multiple people projects whilst also keeping in the detail of the day to day. We’re a small team with lots of plans and ideas, so we all get stuck in and help each other to get things done, this means you’ll need a flexible and willing attitude. Experience in organisational development and/or learning development would be great but it’s not essential, your learning agility and creativity is much more important.
