Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this innovative and pioneering Global Brand with a base near Bracknell / Wokingham to recruit a talented, resilient and forward-thinking Talent / Learning Management Manager on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Head of HR, the role requires you to create and maintain the talent pipeline, and to provide the best people to the business to assure organisational sustainability across the business / region. The successful candidate will also propose and implement activities to develop leadership competences and Employee skills.
You will be supporting the Head of HR for the strategy development, team management, budget management and Employee development.

Main Responsibilities

Talent management and succession planning

* Prepare the content for the Regional Talent Board, including leadership programme nominations for the regional and global programmes
* Responsible for introducing the regional career map
* Accountable for accurate talent profile information
* Drive continuous improvement of talent board operations including scheduling and communication

Regional leadership programme

* Responsible for leader competence development including leadership programme renewal
* Accountable for talent assessment and providing feedback
* Supervise regional programme operations and follow-up process

Fundamental skill development

* Responsible for organisational training to include Total Quality Management (TQM) and Manager Induction Training (MIT)
* Supervise operations for trainer's trainings and Employee training
* Drive continuous improvement of training design and operations

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience

* Evidenced HR strategy development and planning ability
* Significant experience and achievements in Talent Management processes
* Has a decent knowledge and understanding of overall HR processes including ER, HR operations, recruitment and T&D
* Educated to degree level or equivalent with HR or professional certification or qualifications desirable
* Ability to undertake analytical work with good numerical skills
* Ability to interact well with people at all levels within the organisation with excellent communication skills (Written and spoken)
* Flexibility to travel as required
* English language essential, additional European language is an advantage
* Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

You will be comfortable working within a fast-paced international business with matrix structures, understanding of cross-culture differences. You will work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, planning and prioritising time efficiently whilst maintaining quality. You will be a strong team player with an enthusiastic "Can-Do" approach.
