As a Senior HR Adviser (Business Partnering), managing a team of 1-

2 HR Advisers and an HR Officer, you will play an essential role in coordinating and delivering HR operational activities to the business. You will also assist the Senior HR Business Partner (Employee Relations) in managing employee relations matters and provide support for project delivery. 

This role will be key to enabling, coaching and challenging CMA leaders and managers on the implementation and delivery of planned and unplanned people management practices, projects and programmes in line with the CMA's strategy. 

To be successful in your application you will need to be Chartered MCIPD (or equivalent) or working towards, and will have significant experience consulting and negotiating with unions and/or staff representatives on matters such as policy development and organisational change activities. You will also have experience of managing others and providing an HR business partnering service within a public sector and/or professional services environment.
