Compensation and Benefits Manager
Morgan Law is working for a global charity in supporting them find their next Compensation and Benefits Manager. In the role some of your responsibilities will include:
- Development and implementation for all compensation and benefits.
- Analyse compensation and benefits policies and practices on the market to ensure that the charity is offering a comparable practice.
- Work with the Global Head of People to oversee the development and implementation of a company-wide reward and recognition programme.
To apply for this role you will have specialized in reward before and be CIPD qualified or equivalent. Finally it’s essential that you have experience in designing and implementing global pay policies and job evaluation frameworks.
