The role

We have an exciting opportunity within our Human Resources team for an individual with a breadth of experience, who is passionate about shaping workplace culture. Working in a dynamic environment, you will oversee the successful delivery of our wellbeing initiatives. You will also be responsible for the monitoring and continuous improvement of our occupational health provision, by building strong relationships with our occupational health and wellbeing providers and key internal stakeholders.

The following key attributes, skills and/or experience are desirable:

• An awareness and understanding of occupational health and wellbeing in the workplace.

• Strong project management skills.

• Experience of working closely with third party suppliers and/or managing supplier relationships.

• Events management experience.

• Previous experience working within a matrix structure.
