Interim HR Business Partner
A healthcare organisation is looking for a talented and experience HR Professional to join them as a HR Business Partner. This is a full time interim position for 12 months, offering £49,000-£60,000 per annum pro rata.
- As a HR Business Partner, you will facilitate efficient HR operational activity and lead on Workforce Issues.
- You will provide strategic support to ensure that staff are delivering the best possible service to our patients.
- You will manage ER issues and complex case work
- You will identify areas for development within the organisation and drive effective change management, as well as coach managers on best HR practice.
- MCIPD qualified
- Proven experience of leading on projects within a complex organisation.
