The ideal candidate for this role will be a seasoned Recruiter who has experience recruiting for a diversified workforce. If you have a mix of public and commercial experience that would be an advantage.

You will have sound experience in direct sourcing and an ability to work autonomously.

Role Responsibilities:

Manages recruitment and selection processes including: working with managers to understand the essential requirements for roles, drafting and reviewing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, scheduling and conducting pre-screening and in-depth interviews, devising and organising selection and assessment processes and managing the communication flow between candidates and hiring managers throughout the offer process and through to their starting work with the client.

Recommends and implements plans for the sourcing of outstanding candidates to create a pipeline using appropriate methods e.g. social media, job board's internal referral programmes and establishing local networks in professional, industry and other associations and organisations.

Manages the ATS system to ensure efficient recruitment and on boarding processes as well as a positive user experiences.

Completes administrative tasks that ensure compliance with employment regulations by maintaining recruitment and selection records e.g. application copies, interview notes and reasons for selection decisions.

Coaches managers to develop their effectiveness in recruiting and selecting, educating them on Company and legal requirements as required.

Work with the HR team to track and report on any area of recruitment and selection to demonstrate effectiveness of activity e.g. open position reports, cost-per-hire, days-to-fill, candidate sources, candidate quality and candidate/ manager satisfaction with recruiting and hiring results.
