Your new company
Located in Central London, you'll be working for a large education charity.

Your new role:
As interim HR Administrator you will report into the HR and payroll manager and support the wider HR team. On a day to day basis you will be required to support with a number of administrative tasks including: responding to queries from a busy central HR mailbox, dealing with first line queries especially those relating to the HR system Aggressor. Additionally, you will lead on all on boarding reporting and process all contract variations on the HR system including: flexible working, promotions, secondments, pay increases, grade changes and job titles. This is a 6 week role with the possibility of extension. You must be immediately available to apply as interviews will take place on Thursday 20th and Friday 20th September with a start date of Monday 24th September.

What you'll need to succeed:
Previous HR administration is essential for this role including contracts, on boarding and managing high volume mailboxes. You will also have experience working with a number of HR Systems. Previous experience of the system Aggressor is highly desirable because this is the system they use. As a person you will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
