My client is a leading international law firm who is looking to recruit a HR Administrator to join their busy team on a 3-month basis.
The HR Administrator will provide full administrative support to the Human Resources team, carrying out duties in a timely and efficient manner.
The key duties will include:
- Completing daily administrative duties and assisting with other ad-hoc duties
- Overseeing the administration of the joiner and leaver processes, ensuring all appropriate paperwork is prepared and documented
- Updating employee information including absences, job changes and secondments
- General Support for the HR team
The HR Administrator will be a self-starter who is able to adapt quickly. The right candidate will have previous administrative experience preferably in a HR capacity. The candidate will be confident and able to use their own initiative.
