Our Client an INNOVATIVE Housing organisation is looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to join their team at a very Exciting time.

Salary: Upto £35,000 and Fantastic Company perks

You will be CIPD Level 5 or 7 Qualified

Key duties will Include:

Working closely with key stakeholders to increase employee capability and performance.

* come up with new ideas to improve the employee learning experience, drawing inspiration from the wider business world for new ways of doing things
* be digitally savvy and learn quickly to be proficient in our systems

use data effectively to understand the organisation's skills gaps and recommend the best learning approach to fill these

* build our own internal training programmes from concept to delivery - facilitating events where necessary
* track expenditure against budget
* evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives in driving improved business performance
