Reward Manager (Executive Reward)
£40,000 - £60,000

Are you an Executive Reward expert looking for a visible hands on position where you will provide vital expertise to a range of stakeholders? If so, this new role working for a well-known brand in central London could provide you with your next interesting challenge.

You will provide support and expertise for 250 leaders and will provide insight and analysis on all areas of executive reward supporting the delivery of the reward strategy. The role will support the Remuneration Committee and internal stakeholders to ensure reward packages are well positioned and understood. Whilst you will be operating at Executive Reward Manager level the right incumbent will also be very "hands on" - happy getting stuck in to executive administration work as well as the more challenging elements of the role.

Your duties will include:
·Implementation of the executive pay and incentive plan structures to ensure they remain fit for purpose
·Hands on involvement in the end to end reward processes for senior leaders
·Acting as a true subject matter executive reward expert - providing knowledge and advice as needed
·Managing reward processes including bonus awards
·Research and analysis of executive pay trends, market practice and regulation
·Oversight of all job evaluation processes for senior roles
·Provide expertise and analysis to support benchmarking of senior salaries
·Supporting on Remuneration Committee matters
·Drafting key documentation and reports

This is a great opportunity for a Reward expert who has gained specialist executive reward exposure in either an in house or a consultancy capacity to join a fast paced, busy business. You should have excellent analytical and verbal and written communication skills - preparing written reports and material will be a key part of your role.
