HR Business Partner
Our client is a successful omnichannel business with a strong track record of trading performance both in the UK and Internationally. Their mission is to continue to grow the business globally and capitalise on the potential within the European market through further M&A, and identifying new commercial opportunities.
The leadership team are in the midst of driving transformational change; developing the organisational infrastructure, and building capability to enhance their omnichannel proposition, improve their customer experience and ensure their organisational readiness to scale.
Joining the newly shaped HR team, you will be eager to play an integral role across the people agenda and relish the opportunity to contribute to broader projects with building their global engagement and performance management strategy, and partnering their HRD with European expansion activities.
As a HRBP, you will partner four Executive members and their respective leadership teams with varying priorities but a core common focus on building talent and capability within their functional areas.
We are looking for an experienced HRBP with experience of progressing a career within multi-site, fast paced commercial environments. Ideally, this will include exposure of working within an organisation with omnichannel activities and an understanding for the associated complexity this can present. Retail/Hospitality/FMCG/B2B/B2C orientated businesses typically provide this exposure. Solid partnering experience across the people agenda is paramount, together with a deep expertise in talent management – building capability to deliver consistent and robust succession. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with the ability to engage and influence colleagues at all levels within the organisation, embracing their appetite and eagerness for future individual and organisational growth.
