This is a fantastic opportunity to join a smaller, not-for-profit organisation in West Yorkshire.


Description

This role is a full generalist remit, and key responsibilities include; managing a small HR team, supporting the Senior leadership team through organisational change and restructures. Priorities will also be to do a full diagnostics on the HR system; along with design and execution of the L&D and H&S strategies, along with driving the Diversity & Inclusion agenda.


Profile

The ideal candidate will have previously working in a Not-for-profit or similar sector and have the following experience:

* HR Generalist who has experience of managing a HR Team (ideally CIPD qualified).
* Extensive TUPE and organisational change/restructures
* Union experience

* Experience of managing organisational HR Health & Safety requirements
* Experience of developing and implementing workforce learning & development strategies and plans
* Ability to implement and drive Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policies across the organisation
* Not-for-profit or similar background would be attractive


Job Offer

£38,000 - £40,000 pa + benefits
