A public sector organisation in West Yorkshire.


Key responsibilities of this role include:

* Be the HR Business Partner for a specific business areas or specific areas of employment policy and practice, ensuring accessibility and visibility.
* Manage a HR Advisor

Communicate highly complex, sensitive information, for example redeployment issues, employee relations, give evidence at disciplinaries, give presentations on complex HR issues.

Proactively contribute to the HR strategy development and lead implementation

Take the lead on the HR contribution for workforce planning, including medical staffing.


The ideal candidate will be available to start in October and have the following:

* Experience of operating in a true Business Partner capacity (ideally NHS &/or medical staffing experience would be highly desirable).

Good working knowledge of generalist HR areas with specialist knowledge in at least one area i.e. recruitment and talent attraction, pay and reward, workforce/resourcing, employment relations, employment policy and practice, employee engagement, health and well-being and workforce information

Strong TUPE experience

* Knowledge of NHS Terms and Conditions / Civil Service Terms and Conditions- ideal
* Agenda for change / job evaluation - desirable

Job Offer

£37,000 - £41,000 pa + benefits
