Talent Manager - Leisure Industry - London

Your new company

You will be joining a growing British fitness company at their head offices based in central London.

Your new role

You will lead the centralised recruitment process: sourcing new talent, liaising with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs across the brand and developing the future recruitment strategy. You be responsible for the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, reviewing training strategy and implementing succession plans for each role. You will be the point of contact for all talent related queries and will spend time on visiting sites to evaluate employee's development and training.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a proven track record in leading recruitment processes and strategy. You will have experience in Talent Development with the ability to implement training programmes and initiatives to upskill employees. A strong working knowledge HR systems and managing ATS is a must. You should be well versed in liaising with stakeholders across multiple sites.
