Part Time Recruitment Advisor
I am currently working with a London university to recruit a Recruitment Administrator on an interim basis. This is a part time role working 3 days per week.
I am looking for candidates with previous experience in a recruitment focused role, including the use of a recruitment system and working knowledge of the 360 recruitment cycle.
The main accountabilities held within this role will include:
- Provide comprehensive recruitment support to line managers, including advice, on the application of relevant University Recruitment policies and procedures in liaison with HR
- Administer the recruitment process; including job advertising; producing recruitment documentation; applicant handing; organising interviews; pre-employment checks and issuing contracts, and setting up personal records in the HR database
- Draft all recruitment correspondence, including letters of appointment and letters to unsuccessful candidates
