Your new company are well established in the leagues of professional services, a national accountancy firm that support a myriad of businesses well-known to you locally and across the UK. This organisation is now undergoing large-scale positive change and as a result, are very happy to welcome you on their latest business venture as a full-time HR Advisor with prospects for progression in a growing company.

Your new role

You will be supporting your HR Manager with the ongoing change in your new job, assisting with and managing your own Employee Relations cases and will be required to produce HR Metrics reports on matters such as absences. You will be developing and rolling out employee engagement initiatives based on this as well as providing 1st line HR advisory support, overseeing recruitment and induction, maintaining the HR systems and providing administrative support to the larger team.

What you'll need to succeed

Your new role will require a good working knowledge of the recent GDPR Regulations in addition to strong employee relations skills ideally with experience in disciplinary, grievance, exposure to absence management and employee retention. You will be confident in managing casework, working with HR systems and will ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified.

What you'll get in return
