Resourcing Manager - TA Lead

They’ve exceeded their financial targets to date and remain on-track to achieve ambitious growth plans, leading the way in the forefront of their market.
As the People Director partners the Exec through an organisational development and effectiveness programme and aligned cultural engagement and communications strategy, they’re looking to strengthen their specialist capability within the team.
Strategic workforce planning and identifying talent are key priorities and with a previous reliance on agencies, we’re looking for a specialist to build an in-house direct sourcing model. There are some quick wins for sure, but this will require a TA/Resourcing lead that can be agile to their immediate operational requirements whilst designing and embedding their strategic talent plan. It’s a competitive market for talent therefore mapping the landscape will be critical, identifying immediate and future talent and creating a platform to connect and engage with this cohort – promoting their EVP and compelling organisational story. Systems and processes are immature requiring development across all talent touch points to ensure a consistent candidate and colleague experience can be achieved.
