HR and OD Business Partner (from £37,000pa pro rata depending on experience)

We are looking for an outstanding HR and OD Business Partner to join our dynamic and committed HR Team. We are interested in someone who is professional and purposeful with a passion for delivering exceptional HR and OD for all stakeholders.
With demonstrable skills and experience in applying an array of design and development interventions that have resulted in improved business performance; you will also be adept at advising managers on all aspects of people management and development aligned to their business specific demands and contexts. The successful candidate will have a flair for dealing with complex and ambiguous situations in a calm, fair and empowering manner. Your ability to build relationships based on trust and credibility is essential; along with sound judgement and an aptitude for appreciating business needs.
You will have experience of the full breadth of employee relations including restructures and TUPE arrangements as well as devising strategies for performance, engagement and development. Our divisions are focused on growth and deserve the highest calibre business partnering to support them achieve their goals. There has been significant change in the past 12 months and the agenda for growth will present numerous people leadership and management challenges for the foreseeable future.
