Morgan Law is working with a leading Educational institute in London to recruit a permanent HR Officer. In this role you will be expected to carry out the following duties:
- Responsible for the on-boarding process for all new starters
- Assist with the off-boarding process for employees including resignation acknowledgment, exit interviews and final pay arrangements
- Support the HR Advisor on ER issues including grievances and disciplinaries
- Updating policies and procedures
- Assist with the coordination of the job evaluation process
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a busy HR function, have excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
