Head of HR

As they move towards a new HR structure, a role has been identified for a Head of HR to strengthen the delivery of this statement.
Reporting to the People Director, you will lead a team of HRBP’s, resourcing specialists and ER specialists and therefore team management experience, ideally of a multi-site/regional team would be a distinct advantage. The pace is fast and with circa 3000 employees across 200 sites you will lead your team with a proactive and highly commercial approach, empowering and coaching to develop them to be the best they can be.
You may currently be operating as a HRBP, looking to take the next step in your career or you may be an experienced Head of HR, perhaps within a smaller business. Either way you will offer experience as a strong generalist within an environment that has synergies with the retail, leisure or hospitality sectors.
