Our Client, a growing FTSE250 organisation with an enviable brand and reputation are embarking on an exciting period of change and now require a Learning and Development Business Partner to join the team.
As Learning and Development Business Partner you will report into the Head of Talent and Learning and will be responsible for shaping and embedding a wide range of learning and development initiatives across the business. This is a brand-new role where you will be given the freedom and autonomy to help shape the learning strategy which will support, develop and enhance the organisation’s leadership population. As an experienced business partner, with an innovative style you will have a proven track record of creating a culture of personal development and continuous learning that leads to the development and retention of talent. You will work collaboratively with your colleagues to develop bespoke learning programs aligned to employee and business needs which will shape the learning strategy and support the delivery of business objectives.
A true business partner you are a passionate, proactive and ambitious self-starter with a creative and collaborative approach. You will have the ability to influence and develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the business having ideally gained your experience from within a fast paced, multi-site, commercial, environment.
