Description

Key Responsibilities:



* PA support to the management team.



* Meeting booking and facilitation.



* Travel and accommodation bookings.



* Process expenses.



* Reception duties including directing calls, meeting visitors and arranging any necessary requirements and proving general support.



* Manage the office, meeting rooms and arrange for necessary repairs and services.



* Managing office supplies and all relevant suppliers.



* Organise in house and off-site activities such as celebrations and meetings.



* Implementing the smooth running of the office.



* Manage Health and Safety of the building and carry out inductions for new employees.



* Provide support to the Sales Administration team with Return Merchandise Authorisations (RAM's) organising stock and booking shipping.



* Other ad-hoc tasks to support the needs of the business.


Profile

Knowledge and Skills:

* Excellent organisational and time management skills

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Accuracy and attention to detail.

* Strong teamworking skills.

* Able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.

* Ability to work autonomously.

* Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Outlook and Excel.
