Our client in Bracknell is looking to hire an experienced Recruiter - Europe with a successful track record recruiting for sales, services, and/or technical support roles throughout Europe.

This highly visible and critical role must have extensive experience and proven track record recruiting sales professionals at all levels. Must be extremely relationship orientated and understand the urgency and pace needed to be successful in a highly competitive market.

The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to create staffing plans and build pipelines of key individuals for the success of the business. As a member of our elite talent acquisition team, the Recruiter owns and drives the recruiting process from sourcing to offer acceptance.

* Recruit for multiple positions in numerous remote locations & countries, ensure positive candidate experience from sourcing to hire.
* Develop sourcing strategies, produce target list of passive candidates for current and future positions.
* Actively mine for candidates via internet, internal/external databases, industry publications, cold calling, networking referrals, resume database, and other active and inactive candidate pools; proactively research and investigate new/creative sourcing ideas.
* Track candidate pipeline, priorities and performance data to share with internal stakeholders.
* Work closely with sales, services, and/or technical support leadership to drive recruiting plan and initiatives.
* Partner with HR Business Partner on candidate selection, compensation and recruitment strategy.
* Negotiate with and close sales candidates.
* Understand the nuances of sales compensation plans and mixes.
* Effectively partner with and lead outside sourcer.

* Can evidence a strong track record to date within Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
* Ideally this experience would have a strong emphasis in Sales, Services and Technical roles.
* Your experience will also include recruiting for roles with an International, EMEA or European flavour. Preferred countries would be France, Spain, Italy and Germany.
* Able to drive an end-to-end recruitment process seamlessly from kick-off meeting to offer acceptance. Must be resourceful and take initiative; develop innovative solutions to filling difficult openings.
* Adept at and enjoy the challenge of making cold calls; love converting a prospect to 'interested'.
* Confident in networking; ability to build relationships with prospective candidates and organisations.
* Utilise superior organisational skills and attention to detail for managing a highly complex network of passive candidates. Excellent candidate assessment skills.
* Ambitious, high energy, team oriented with a no fail attitude.
* Must be self-motivated and have a sense of urgency.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
* Organised; can track and measure activity; ensure candidates are moved through the process in a timely manner; and responsive follow up to both candidates and hiring managers.
* A fluency in either French, Spanish, Italian or German would be considered a distinct advantage - but this is not essential.
