A national-based disability charity who help people in the UK and around the world.


You will be part of a small team of HRBPs managing a significant end to end TUPE transfer out of a number services, supported by the People Business Partner.

You will provide comprehensive advice and guidance on all TUPE related issues in line with the organisation's policies, procedures and guidelines, working in partnership with the Regional Managers/Regional Director in the delivery of a key change management programme.


It is essential that you are CIPD qualified or have equivalent and relevant experience to fulfil the duties of this role. You will have strong knowledge of current employment legislation and extensive experience in providing comprehensive HR support for complex TUPE transfers. You will be an experienced negotiator who demonstrates strong partnership working and be able to quickly build effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders in a change programme.

You will be an effective communicator with excellent written and presentation skills and a confident manner. You will have good analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to prioritise work under pressure and be able to work remotely and on your own initiative.
