Your new role
This role will see you dealing with hands-on employee relations work. This will involve managing sickness / absence, employee 1-2-1s, managing grievances and disciplinaries. You'll be working with line managers and employees to help them manage day-to-day HR queries. You'll be responsible for following the correct policies and procedures and maintaining the correct information on the various systems used. This role forms part of a wider HR team of 6 so you will have support in a team environment.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a HR Advisor with good experience in advising on employee relations cases. This role is in the NHS so experience in the NHS would be very valuable but outside of that, experience in a large scale employer with robust policies and procedures in a unionised environment would be ideal. You'll have strong general experience in HR and ideally CIPD qualifications.

What you'll get in return
This is an interim role that will take you up until April 2019. We will pay weekly and the salary will be in line with your experience at a Band 5 or Band 6 level.
